We ship anywhere in Mexico.

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout based on your postal code and the carrier you choose. You will always see it before confirming your purchase.

Processing time

In-stock orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Limited releases or preorders may show a different time on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Remote areas, holidays, weather and carrier delays may take longer. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

We email your tracking number or link as soon as the carrier picks up your order. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear.

Shipping address

Please check that your address is complete and correct before paying. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will help find options, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged, lost or marked-delivered packages
