Effective date: May 25, 2026. Returns require approval before items are mailed back.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used earplugs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Gift cards, final-sale items and items damaged through use are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.

Starting A Return

Email support@afterinfinito.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and the return destination.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect when delivered.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will review replacement or refund options.
