Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges (for example, from "Icon" to "Full logo" engraving) follow the same rules as returns. If the item you want is unavailable, we offer a refund or another available option.

Non-returnable items

Stickers removed from their backing or applied, sale or final-sale items, and products damaged through use cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

How to start

Email support@afterinfinito.com with your order number, the item and the reason. If eligible, we will send instructions and the return address. Items mailed back without instructions may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We review each case for replacement, exchange or refund.

This policy does not limit your rights under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.
