RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective date: May 25, 2026

Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used earplugs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Gift cards, final-sale items and items damaged through use are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.

Starting a Return
Email support@afterinfinito.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and the return destination. Do not mail products back without return instructions.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect when delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@afterinfinito.com with your order number and supporting photographs. We will review replacement or refund options.

The After Infinito name, marks, logo, images and store content may not be copied, resold or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, After Infinito's liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the applicable product.
